Strawberry UMP French Toast

Dipping Batter Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop UMP Strawberry
  • 1 whole egg
  • English muffins – microwaved for 15 seconds before dipping.
  • Dip muffin into batter – saturate both sides thoroughly.
  • Place saturated muffin in a pan coated with coconut oil.
  • Cook until crisp then flip!
  • The taste really is delightful and the kitchen aroma is unreal. This will make enough batter for at least 4-6 muffins.
  • Optional: Sugar free syrup.
