Dipping Batter Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Almond Milk
- 1 scoop UMP Strawberry
- 1 whole egg
- English muffins – microwaved for 15 seconds before dipping.
- Dip muffin into batter – saturate both sides thoroughly.
- Place saturated muffin in a pan coated with coconut oil.
- Cook until crisp then flip!
- The taste really is delightful and the kitchen aroma is unreal. This will make enough batter for at least 4-6 muffins.
- Optional: Sugar free syrup.
