Pumpkin UMP Sticks

  1. Pre-heat oven to 275
    Spray pam on your baking sheet
  2. In a mixing bowl combine…
    2 scoops UMP Vanilla
    1/2 c. Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free
    Shortbread cookie mix (this is not SF)
    1/2 c. Stevia (optional)
    1/2 c. Pumpkin
    1 tsps. Pumpkin pie spice
    Cinnamon as needed
    1 tsps. Vanilla extract
    1 Whole egg
    1 tsps. Olive oil
    1/2 c. Water
    Mix together ingredients
  3.  Fill each slot with a big rounded tbsp. of batter.
    Water dip your spoon and spread batter evenly.
    Bake for 13 min. or until done.
    Yields 25 sticks!
    Best warm or cold!
