ALLISON JACKSON

Age: 39 Height: 5’6” Weight: 135

Occupation: Director, Global Internal Communications

Favorite supplements: I LOVE BI’s Glutamine Select plus BCAAs. I drink this during my workout and then will have a scoop with water in the afternoon to curb cravings. I have UMP mixed with powdered peanut butter and water to a mousse consistency (my favorite – yummy!). Lean Out and 7-Keto for fat loss.

What would you recommend to someone who has never used Beverly supplements before? Start with UMP. It is so versatile, plus, it tastes fabulous!

Most Inspiring Book: Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins

Problems You Have Had to Overcome: I was born with a birth defect called club foot, and the doctors said I would never walk without braces. Most of my baby pictures are of me in casts from numerous surgeries. Instead of thinking I’m fragile, delicate and cannot do certain things, I’ve always thought that I have bionic ankles, and there isn’t anything I can’t do. I’m pretty sure that’s what’s driven me to run numerous 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, two full marathons, two sprint triathlons and, most recently, my very first figure competition.
