Density vs Muscularity or Muscle Mass?
Mitch Gold, (BEVERLY Distributor) wanted to know the difference in using Density vs Muscularity or Muscle Mass
Muscle Building & Preservation:
Density boosts the level of EAAs in your bloodstream. This increases muscle protein synthesis, making it easier for you to build and preserve muscle. People reach for this before and after workouts and also when they aren’t eating perfectly. It’s a real helper.
Pure BCAAs for hard-training athletes:
Muscle Mass is a free-form branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) tablet. It is specifically intended for use by hard-training athletes before, during, and/or after workouts. Each serving supplies 4,500 mg of the BCAAs leucine, isoleucine, and valine in a ratio that closely matches that found in human muscle tissue. BCAAs play key roles in energy and protein metabolism in muscle. They are considered a staple supplement by athletes and workout enthusiasts. —- when I take 15 tabs during a weight training session — 5 tabs every 10 – 15 minutes I feel a tremendous increase in my power and ENERGY levels. It’s almost unbelievable. It’s made a huge difference in my training. I really stepped back from heavy weights a few years ago due to injuries and ongoing pain. I want to preserve my joints… This has helped me PUSH through my workouts now. Mentally and physically.
The Dieter’s BCAA formula:
Muscularity is a branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) capsule. This formula has been specifically designed for use with meals when following a calorie-restricted diet. In addition to the BCAAs leucine, isoleucine, and valine, it contains vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin, chromium picolinate, and zinc picolinate. These nutrients support energy metabolism and healthy insulin action. Anecdotally, zinc picolinate has been used to help clear up the skin (e.g., acne).
So… which one speaks to you? I currently add Density when I use PBP and Muscle Mass during training.
