Another Amazing Transformation

Annie DeMoss started her transformation in the year 2000 when she was 24 years old. She was 5‘3” and weighed 250lbs. She experienced many ups and downs throughout the ensuing years. Diet and Supplement Program

Meal #1 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, ¹⁄₂ cup oatmeal before cooking & grapefruit

Meal #2 UMP protein shake mixed in water; or 5 oz chicken or turkey breast, 5 strawberries

Meal #3 4oz chicken, turkey and tuna, 4oz sweet potato or ¹⁄₂ cup cooked brown rice, 1 cup veggies (broccoli, etc.) or salad w/ tbsp of vinegar & oil dressing

Supplements: 3 Mass Aminos, 2 Muscularity, 2 Lean Out

Meal #4 (same as meal #2)

Meal #5 4oz 93% lean beef, chicken, turkey, fish, 2 cups veggies
